History

Temporent started in 1995 and is now one of the largest providers in the country of temporary rented premises.

Our vision is that Temporent Premises ™ should be seen as a natural alternative to conventional solutions in the construction and real estate industries in our clients' decision-making. Our goal is to be the leading supplier of temporary premises.

Temporent is part of the Nordic Modular Group which is owned by Nalka Invest.

2016

Kungsleden sells remaining shares of Nordic Modular to Inter IKEA Investments AB (name changed to Nalka Invest AB).

2015

Inter IKEA Investments AB acquires 65% of Nordic Modular Group Holding and its subsidiaries, which include Temporent.

2014

Establishment in Finland through the formation of Temporent Oy.

2007

Kungsleden acquires Nordic Modular Holding and its subsidiaries, which include Temporent. Kungsleden's modular rental company Flexihus Rent is added to Nordic Modular Group and administered by Temporent.

Hyrab Moduluthyrning is acquired from Hyraktiebolaget Bröderna Andréasson.

2006

Establishment in Norway through the formation of Temporent AS.

2005

3i and others acquire Temporent through the newly formed company Nordic Modular Holding AB.

2002

Established in Denmark through the formation of Temporent A/S.

1995

The business started as part of the Skanska Group. The same year Skanska Trading is taken over by an intercompany transfer.
